How does verification work?
Pick an eligibility group on the verification page, enter a qualifying email (for example your nhs.net address), and confirm the one-time code we email you. We store only a one-way hash of that address — never the address itself — and unlock member-only offers for you. Verification lasts for a set period and then asks you to re-confirm.
How do I use a code?
Open a store, reveal the code, then click “Get deal” to go to the retailer and paste it at checkout. Member-only codes show a “Verify to unlock” button until you’ve verified.
Will my purchase be tracked?
Yes — and visibly. Clicking “Get deal” sends you through a disclosed first-party redirect on our own domain before forwarding you to the retailer. We never silently overwrite your basket. See our affiliate disclosure.
Why might my cashback not be tracked?
When you click “Get deal”, your browser makes a visible request to our /out/ link, which records your click-through and forwards you to the retailer. Some ad-blockers and privacy extensions treat affiliate links as trackers and block that request — and if it never reaches us, we can’t credit your cashback. We don’t use cookies to track you; this one disclosed redirect is all it takes.
How to check:open your browser’s developer tools (F12 → Network), click “Get deal”, and look for the request to vouchernaut.com/out/…. If it shows blocked or cancelled, an extension is interfering.
How to fix it: add vouchernaut.com to your ad-blocker’s allow-list, or disable the blocker on our site while you shop. If you use a privacy extension, look for an “affiliate link” or “tracking protection” setting. Your discount never depends on tracking — only the cashback does.
