Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vouchernaut (“Vouchernaut”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Vouchernaut website, browser extension and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Who can use Vouchernaut

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. What Vouchernaut is

Vouchernaut lists discount codes, deals and cashback offers from third-party retailers, and operates an eligibility-verification rail and a browser extension. We do not sell products ourselves. When you use a link, code or offer you transact directly with the retailer under their terms and conditions, and any purchase contract is between you and that retailer.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Verification & eligibility

Some offers are restricted to verified eligibility groups (for example, health-service staff). Verification confirms that you control a qualifying email address; it does notcreate any employment, membership or agency relationship with us or with any retailer. Eligibility can expire and may need re-verifying. You must not attempt to verify eligibility you don’t hold, or circumvent the verification system. Special-category eligibility is processed only with your explicit consent — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Cashback & rewards

Where cashback or rewards are offered, they are tracked when you shop through our disclosed first-party redirect and are subject to confirmation by the retailer. Cashback can be delayed, declined or reversed — for example if an order is cancelled or returned, or if tracking is blocked. Amounts shown before confirmation are estimates. Any withdrawal or payout of a confirmed balance is subject to applicable minimums, identity/anti-fraud checks, and the payout terms in effect at the time. We may withhold or reverse rewards linked to fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

6. Offers & codes

Offers change frequently. We surface codes and deals we believe are valid and show verification dates where available, but we can’t guarantee that any code will work at checkout or that any offer will remain available. Retailer offers are subject to the retailer’s own terms.

7. The browser extension

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Vouchernaut browser extension. It detects supported stores locally on your device and helps you activate cashback and apply codes through a disclosed first-party redirect. It does not track your browsing — see our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Your content

If you post content to the community (comments, deals, reviews or votes), you keep ownership of it but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the Service. You’re responsible for what you post: it must be lawful, accurate and your own to share, and must not be spam, misleading, abusive or infringing. We moderate submissions and may edit, hide or remove content, or suspend accounts, at our discretion.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• circumvent verification, or falsely claim eligibility;
• scrape, harvest or place automated load on the Service beyond normal use;
• use the Service for fraud, or in breach of any law or a retailer’s terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Vouchernaut name, logo and site content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal licence to use the Service as intended; nothing here transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

11. Third-party sites

The Service links to third-party retailers and services. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or terms. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don’t warrant that offers or codes will work, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular saving will be achieved. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your dealings with a retailer, a code not working, or cashback that a retailer declines or reverses. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or others. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

15. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.
