Who we are

Vouchernaut is run by Douglas Anthony Silkstone, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (IČO 10911243, VAT CZ8803201550), of Nademlejnská 600/1, Hloubětín, 198 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic. Data box: uebsrdr. In these terms “Vouchernaut”, “we” and “us” mean him, and “you” means the business booking a space.

Bookings: partners@vouchernaut.com. Invoices and payments: billing@vouchernaut.com.

1. Booking

A booking is a sponsored space on Vouchernaut (a homepage space, a category tenancy, a sale hub space or a sponsored content hub) for the dates and price we confirm to you by email. A booking is made when we send that confirmation, and these terms apply to it. They're for businesses only.

Launch prices apply to bookings confirmed by the date shown on vouchernaut.com/advertise, whatever dates the booking runs. Prices exclude VAT.

2. Paying

You can pay through Awin, as a fixed fee or bonus to our publisher account (ID 322637), so there's no new supplier to set up. Tell us when it's raised. Or we'll send an invoice, payable by bank transfer within 14 days.

Either way, payment is due before the booking starts. We can hold a space that hasn't been paid for by then, and release it if it's still unpaid three working days after the start date.

We're registered for VAT in the Czech Republic. For businesses outside the Czech Republic the reverse charge applies: we don't add VAT and you account for it where you are. Give us your VAT number when you book. Czech customers pay 21% VAT on top.

3. Your creative

Send your logo, headline, a line of copy, a button label and the link at least three working days before the start date. We set the space up in Vouchernaut's design and send you a preview.

We can ask for changes to, or refuse, anything that's misleading, unlawful, breaks the UK Advertising Codes (CAP), or promotes something we don't carry (for example gambling, tobacco, weapons or adult content). If late or refused creative delays the start, the booking still ends on its booked date.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us, and that the offers you promote are real and available on the terms stated.

4. How it runs

Every space is labelled Sponsored with your name, and its links are marked rel="sponsored". A booking buys visibility, not an editorial verdict: it doesn't change how we rank offers, what store guides say or what our articles recommend.

Sponsored content hubs are written by us, in our own voice, and marked “In partnership with” your brand. You can check them for factual accuracy before they go live; you don't approve our opinions. Hubs stay live for 12 months from publication.

We spend 60% of what you pay, before VAT, on creator campaigns and non-brand paid acquisition that bring shoppers to the pages your space is on during your dates. We never bid on your brand name or trademarks. After the booking ends we tell you what we spent and where.

We don't promise any number of views, clicks or sales. Space positions can shift with the page's design, but your space keeps the prominence it was sold with.

5. Changing or cancelling

You can move or cancel a booking for free until 14 days before it starts, and we refund anything you've paid. From 14 days before the start, cancelling costs half the price. Once a booking has started it can't be cancelled or refunded.

If your space is missing for more than 24 hours in a row because of something on our side, we extend the booking by the time lost or refund that share of the price, whichever you prefer.

We can end a booking early if you break these terms, or if the promoted brand or offer turns out to be misleading or unlawful. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused share of the price.

6. Liability

Our total liability for a booking is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for lost profits, lost sales or any indirect loss.

You agree to cover any loss, claim or cost we incur because your creative, your offers or your site broke the law or someone else's rights.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
