QUESTIONS
What people ask first.
Does it cost my supporters anything?
No. Shops pay Vouchernaut a commission when someone buys through our links, and most of it goes back as cashback. Supporters pay the shop's normal price and choose how much of their cashback goes to your group.
How much of their cashback goes to the group?
Each supporter decides, from 1% to all of it, and can change it any time. Your group can suggest a share (say 30%) and supporters see that ask when they join, but only they set their split.
When does the money arrive?
Cashback shows as waiting as soon as the shop reports the order, and becomes confirmed once the shop approves it, usually within a few weeks (longer for travel). Only confirmed cashback can be paid out.
Who can take money out of the group's wallet?
A group's owner or treasurer asks for a payout and, where the group has one, a second owner or admin approves it. Every member can see the wallet and each payout.
What does verified mean?
We check that a page really is run by the club, school or charity it names: from an email address on the organisation's own website, its charity registration, or by getting in touch. Verified pages get a tick, can show the registered charity badge and appear in search engines.
Can supporters stay anonymous?
Yes. Contributions are private by default. A supporter's name only shows on the group's page and in its wallet if they choose to show it.
Is there a fee for the group?
No. Starting a group, a page and a poster is free, and there's nothing to pay to receive cashback. A group can take a payout once its confirmed cashback passes a small minimum.
