How we check codes and store guides.
Merchant records and offers are imported from our joined affiliate programmes. Offers must be active, within their stated dates, and recently checked before they appear. We retain raw feed information privately for diagnosis.
Every code on a store page asks shoppers whether it worked, with a thumbs up or down. The counts you see are real answers from the last 30 days, never seeded. One device gets one answer per code a day, answers from someone who opened the code count for more, and a code most people say fails is flagged for an editor and drops down the page.
“Tested by the Vouchernaut desk” means an editor tried the code at the retailer's checkout in the last 14 days. A feed check alone is shown as a feed check, not a test.
Codes shared by members wait for an editor, who tries them before they go live. Written store reviews are read before they show; star ratings count straight away, and an average only shows from three ratings.
Store introductions and shopping guidance are edited separately from network data. Newly imported merchants remain drafts until reviewed. A page does not become indexable merely because it has a feed record.
If you shop through us and your cashback doesn't track, claim it from your wallet between 3 and 90 days after shopping. We raise each claim with the retailer's affiliate network and tell you where it stands.
