Your verification data.

When you prove you're a student, a key worker or part of another group to get a brand's discount, Vouchernaut runs that check for the brand. Here's what we keep, and how to see it, take it with you or delete it.

What we hold

• Your email address or mobile number, and when you proved it with a code.
• Each verification: the brand, the group you proved you belong to, how it was checked, whether it passed and when it runs out. We keep facts only, such as your email's domain, never copies of documents or ID numbers.
• The rewards you got, including any codes, so the same offer isn't handed out twice.
• Details you chose to share with a brand (such as your first name), with the exact wording you agreed to.
• Orders a brand tells us about that used your reward or your email address: the order number, what you paid, any refund and the codes used, so the brand can see its offer worked. We keep a scrambled form of your email with an order, never the address itself.

Why

To check you qualify for the offer, to give you your reward, to stop offers being misused, and, if you ticked "Remember this on other shops", so other brands that use Vouchernaut can see you're verified without another check. They see that you're verified, never your email address.
