Black & White Truffle Oil (2 x 3.38 fl.oz.) - Marinading & Seasoning Olive Oil

About it

What is the Black And White Truffle Oil Duo Selection? This luxury Black And White Truffle Oil Duo Selection gift set contains our delicious single concentrated Black Truffle Oil & White Truffle Oil. We shave the highest quality truffles and expertly blend them with our unique flavour & cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. Single concentrated isn't as strong as our double concentrated oils, allowing you to add a generous amount of oil to a dish without overpowering it. What does it taste like? Black Truffle Oil: Intense earthy aroma. Powerful black truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish. White Truffle Oil: Intense garlic aroma. Powerful white truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish. How should I use it? Use as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
