Blue Elephant UK sells Thai cooking kits, curry pastes, rice noodles and snacks, built around ingredients sourced from Thailand. It is a useful place to look when you want a specific Thai dish rather than a general-purpose sauce.
Choosing between kits and pastes
If you are new to Thai cooking, the cooking kits are the easiest starting point, as they bundle the key elements for a single dish such as Phad Thai or Phad See Ew. Shoppers who already cook regularly will usually get more value from the individual curry pastes, which can be combined with their own protein, vegetables and coconut cream.
Noodles and snacks
The noodle range focuses on premium Thai rice noodles, which makes it a sensible choice if you are building a dish around the noodles themselves. The snack and dried fruit selection suits gifting or stocking up on Thai flavours you cannot easily find locally.
Check the product details before ordering
Several listed items are marked as vegetarian, so check labels if you cook for vegetarians, and confirm stock status on the product page, as some lines show as sold out. Pack sizes differ between products, so compare the weight and the number of servings you need rather than the headline price.
Delivery and returns
The shipping policy says most products are posted within two to three working days, with estimated delivery times that may vary. The returns policy allows returns within the 14 day cancellation period for unopened items and within seven days for damaged or faulty goods. Food cannot usually be returned unless the parcel is completely unopened, so take care when choosing perishable or opened-pack items.
