Choosing between delivery options
Standard shipping on orders under £50 costs £4.95 and takes 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders over £50 ship free on the same timescale. Express shipping at £9.99 is only available on select products and arrives in 1-3 working days. Some items, including PlayStation and Arozzi products, use a longer 5-7 working day service, so check the product page before ordering if timing matters.
Pin code delivery for larger orders
Orders over £250 are subject to DPD's pin code delivery service. You give a phone number at checkout, then receive a unique four-digit code by text to release the parcel. Keep your phone to hand on delivery day, as the driver can resend the code if it goes missing, but the parcel will not be handed over without it.
Returns depend on the reason
Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, but there is a minimum £9.99 collection fee and original delivery charges are not refunded. Faulty items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Electronic returns need the serial number entered in the returns portal, and headphones or earphones cannot be returned once opened. Custom-built PCs are only returnable if faulty or damaged on arrival.
Buying on credit
If you use a buy now, pay later option, a change-of-mind return carries a minimum 10% returns fee because the finance providers do not refund their fees. Consider this before choosing a monthly plan for a product you may not keep.
