Checking delivery before you order
The shipping policy says many items have a free shipping option, but this is not guaranteed for every product, so confirm it at checkout. Processing usually takes two to three working days, and embroidered items can take a further two to three weeks. After dispatch, the carrier's timescale applies and you will receive a tracking number.
Inspecting your delivery
If a parcel arrives damaged, act quickly. The shipping policy gives you 48 hours to report possible incidents. Check the number of packages against what was sent, then look over each one for dents, holes or poor box condition. If there is visible damage, write "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" on the courier's delivery note before signing, as failing to do so can lead to the claim being rejected.
Understanding the returns rules
The refund policy gives 30 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. Exchanges are not offered, a 50% restocking fee applies, and sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
