Shopping with Teddys Trove

Choosing a plush toy Soft toys are the main draw here, with plush dolphins, sloths, parrots and rabbits all listed on the homepage. Check the size on each product page before you buy, as the examples supplied run from about 15cm to 25cm. Smaller plush pieces are easier for toddlers to hold, while the larger rabbit suits a bedtime cuddle.

Gifts beyond soft toys The shop also stocks resin money banks, pool toys and fancy dress items. A money bank is a sensible first savings gift for a young child, while the pool toy is more of a summer buy. Stock moves quickly, and several items are marked sold out, so check the product page before settling on a gift.

Delivery to the UK Delivery is limited to UK addresses only, with a stated delivery time of 2-3 working days and tracking sent by email once an order is dispatched. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday, so allow for that if you need something by a set date.

Returns and faulty items Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, and items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Personalised or special order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Return postage is normally the customer's cost unless the item is faulty, and Christmas purchases bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 31 January, so keep your packaging until you are happy with a gift.
