Shopping with Clean Me

Choosing a service The service menu runs from simple exterior washes and interior valets through to fuller detailing, with options such as mould removal listed on the site. If your car is simply dirty, an exterior or mini valet is usually enough. If the interior is musty or stained, look for an interior or full valet and check the operator's description before booking, since each cleaner sets their own scope and price.

Comparing operators Because each cleaner sets their own rates, prices vary by area and by operator. Reviews are shown on the platform, and the site reports a Trustpilot rating of 4.6 out of 5. Read recent comments for specifics about finish and punctuality rather than relying on the overall score alone.

Preparing for the visit You will need to make sure there is enough space for the operator to work, whether that is a driveway, a road where it is safe to park, or a public car park. Check the booking summary to see whether water or electricity is provided by the operator or must be supplied by you, and clear loose items from the car in advance.

Changing or cancelling You can cancel at any time, but a 25% fee applies if you cancel with 24 hours or less notice once a booking is accepted. If your operator is an hour or more late, the FAQ says you can cancel without a fee, so keep that in mind if timing matters to you.
