Comparing flights and packages
The site covers flights on their own as well as flight and hotel bundles. Bundles are worth checking when you need accommodation anyway, but compare the combined total against booking the two parts separately, since the bundle may not always be the cheapest route.
Using the app for travel admin
The app is where most of the practical extras sit. It offers automatic check-in with boarding passes sent by email, real-time flight status and gate or baggage updates, and a hand luggage scanner to check your bag against an airline's size rules. These help most on trips with tight connections or strict baggage allowances.
Promo codes and offers
Promotions appear both on the site and within the app, and the app sometimes carries its own codes. Each promotion has its own terms, including minimum spend thresholds, validity windows and exclusions such as airport charges and payment fees. Read those before you rely on a discount, as the stated thresholds apply to the booking value excluding certain fees.
Cancellations and changes
Any cancellation or change falls under eDreams' general terms and conditions. Check those before booking a fare with restrictions, particularly if your plans are uncertain.
