Choosing between ready-to-ship and made-to-order
The ready-to-ship collection is the quickest route to a finished piece. Stock is limited, so if a particular ring size, metal or stone weight matters to you, check availability before relying on it. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take longer, and once production has started they are generally not returnable for a change of mind, so settle on size, metal and stone before committing.
Lab-grown or natural diamonds
A large part of the range is lab-grown, which the store describes as physically, chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds. Natural stones are also sold and are typically the more expensive option. If carat weight for your budget is the priority, lab-grown stones usually give you more size for the money, while buyers who specifically want an earth-mined diamond will find natural options too.
Sizing and resizing
Resizing is offered where the design allows, but most rings can only be altered by one UK full size either way. Full eternity rings usually cannot be resized at all, so buying one in the wrong size is a real risk. Check the resizing limits before buying a ring you may need to adjust later.
Returns and cancellations
Eligible standard items have a 30-day return window from delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition and returned with their packaging and documents. Bespoke, engraved, personalised and customised pieces usually cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact the sales team before sending anything back, and expect to cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
