Choosing the right service
The platform is split into several services, and the one you pick matters. Regular cleaning suits a general weekly or fortnightly tidy, with the same cleaner usually returning on a recurring basis. A one-off standard clean is booked on demand, but you must supply a vacuum, mop and bucket yourself, because cleaners travel by public transport and cannot carry heavy equipment.
When a deep or end of tenancy clean makes sense
Deep cleaning targets ingrained dirt such as limescale and includes the oven and inside windows, and suits homes still being lived in. End of tenancy cleaning is aimed at empty properties, covers inside cupboards and appliances, and comes with a post-clean report. If you want cupboards cleaned, clear them before the visit, since they must be emptied in advance.
Access, keys and extras
You can be home during the clean or arrange access through spare keys, a concierge or a key safe. Regular customers can have their cleaner collect spare keys, which are tagged with a unique code. Extras such as ironing, laundry, oven and fridge cleaning can be added to any visit in 30-minute blocks, charged at the cleaning rate.
Booking tradespeople and office cleaning
For repairs and projects, submit the job details for a free, no-obligation quote that lists parts, labour, VAT and any travel or parking charges, so the figure is clear before you commit. Office cleaning covers contract and out-of-hours work, and the business supplies its own equipment unless a cleaner is asked to provide cloths and sprays for a small fee.
