Check delivery timing before you order

Mint describes its standard range as available for delivery within 5 to 10 working days, while other products, including its Limited Edition designs, are on pre-order. The timeframe is shown on each product page, so check it before you buy, particularly if you need furniture for a set date. Delivery is handled by a specialist partner, and the site lists a number of postcodes it cannot currently deliver to, so check your postcode before ordering.

Decide whether you need assembly

Assembly can be added at checkout for a fee per product, and the team will put the furniture together for you. Packaging is not removed by the delivery team, so keep it if you may need to return the item. Assembly cannot take place in poor weather unless a covered area is available. Delivery teams do not take furniture upstairs, so if your garden is on a raised terrace or balcony, measure access routes first.

Measure access and space

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the furniture fits through doorways and access points at the delivery address. A failed delivery caused by items not fitting, or by no one being present for the agreed slot, attracts a failed delivery charge. Large corner sets and cushion boxes need planning, so measure your garden and entry route before choosing a size.

Understand returns and faults

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, and assembled items cannot be returned. Faulty items must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. Products carry a one-year structural guarantee unless otherwise stated, with exclusions for wear and tear, misuse and commercial use. Missing items should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
