Before you buy

Shopping with Spartoo.co.uk

Check whether your item is a Spartoo or Partner Product

Before you buy, look for the "Partner Product" icon on the product page, or filter by vendor on the site. Spartoo states that Partner Products are sold by independent professional sellers, and that the seller's own payment, delivery and return policies apply to those items. Those policies sit on the product page, so it is worth reading them before adding to basket if free returns matter to you.

Understand the UK delivery timing

Spartoo says orders for the United Kingdom ship from a warehouse in France using Evri Standard Shipping, which it describes as free of charge, with delivery expected in four to six working days. Dispatch happens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and orders placed after 12:00 noon or on non-dispatch days move to the next dispatch day. If you need an item by a specific date, factor in those dispatch days rather than the day you order.

Use the size tools before ordering

Only available sizes appear on the site, so if yours is missing, the Size Alert button can notify you by email if it returns. Product pages carry customer sizing advice and a general size guide that Spartoo notes is not brand specific, so treat it as a starting point. For footwear, the site says sizes above a women's 8 and men's up to 16 are covered in its larger sizes selection.

Know the delivery area and currency

Spartoo says it delivers to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and does not deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Box addresses. Prices are listed in pounds sterling including VAT, excluding delivery. If your bank declines a payment, Spartoo says the order is cancelled and not charged, so check with your bank first if a card is blocked.
