The brand
RAID says its brand aims to be daring, spirited, inclusive, imaginative and contemporary. It creates catwalk and celebrity-inspired styles for fashion-conscious women who take their cues from influencers, bloggers and music, and its motto is to include, not exclude.
The range
Boots are the centre of the range, from ankle boots and block-heeled boots to chunky, platform, biker and cowboy styles, long boots and sock boots. Sizing
All sizes on the site are UK sizes, with European, US, Canadian and Australian conversions in the size chart. RAID suggests wearing new shoes indoors for at least an hour first, and ordering the larger size with an insole if you are between sizes. Heel heights are measured from the point where the heel joins the shoe to the floor.
Delivery
UK delivery comes in several speeds, from standard through economy, premium and premium plus to next day. Standard is the free one when you spend enough, and the faster options are paid. Orders are processed at the warehouse within seconds, so RAID cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed.

Returns
