Team RH sells two different things, so it helps to know which you need before you buy. The app offers three plans, covering GLP-1 weight loss, a calorie deficit approach and maintaining weight. The merchandise side covers clothing, protein and supplement products, and fitness equipment. The subscription carries a minimum membership period of 12 months, so check that commitment before signing up for a monthly plan.

Delivery options for UK addresses

The delivery page lists Standard Delivery via EVRi for items under 15kg, which takes 3 to 7 working days but does not cover every UK postcode. Express Delivery via Royal Mail covers the whole UK, including Northern Ireland, and takes 2 to 5 working days. Next Working Day delivery excludes several remote postcodes. Clothing is made to order, so allow 3 to 5 days before dispatch.

Returns and cancellations

For merchandise you no longer want, the returns page sets a 14 calendar day window from receipt for a full refund, excluding the original shipping fee. Clothing is sold by stated sizing, and there are no online exchanges, so check the size guide before ordering.

Gift vouchers and promotions

Gift vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and the site says they do not expire. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other codes and can be withdrawn at any time, so check the terms at checkout rather than assuming an earlier offer still applies.
