Home Fitness Code
Home Fitness Code sells treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, power towers and vibration plates for home workouts. The treadmill range is the clearest starting point, and the main decisions are whether you mainly walk or run, how much floor space you have, and how much noise you can live with.

Walking or running on a treadmill
The store's treadmill comparison groups some models for walking and others for walking and running. Speed range is the quickest way to tell them apart: one listed model goes from 1 to 6 km/h, while others reach 10 or 12 km/h, which gives more room for jogging. Check the maximum user weight on the product page before buying, because the listed limits differ between treadmills.
Fitting a treadmill into your space
Footprints vary across the treadmill range, and the running area is noticeably smaller than the overall machine size. A folding treadmill is listed as an option if floor space is limited, so compare it against the fixed models. Measure your room before ordering and allow for the handrail where one is fitted.
Noise and display features
Noise levels are published for each treadmill, which matters if you train in a shared flat or early in the morning. Displays also differ. Some show time, speed, calories and distance, while others add incline or heart rate. If you want to track effort by heart rate, check that the specific model includes it.
Delivery and returns to check first
Delivery is to the UK only, with an average of 2 to 4 working days once the order ships. Returns are covered by a 30-day refund agreement, but only for new or resellable items bought from the website, and damaged returns can reduce the refund. Keep the packaging and proof of purchase in case you need to send something back.
