What does HIRO sell?
HIRO sells a short range of daily supplements rather than a large catalogue. Hydration is an effervescent electrolyte tablet that dissolves in water, made in several flavours. Clean Creatine is a creatine powder stirred into any drink, and Signal is a nootropic capsule. The Superblends are greens powders: Essential Woman + Collagen, and Essential Health + Protein with plant protein. The Daily Stack and other bundles put several of these together. On Hydration, HIRO quotes the authorised wording for its minerals, for example that magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Is HIRO suitable for vegans?
Most of the range is. HIRO lists Hydration, Clean Creatine, Signal and Essential Health + Protein as vegan, while Essential Woman + Collagen contains bovine collagen. Hydration has a small amount of dextrose and is sweetened with sucralose, and Clean Creatine has no sugar or artificial sweeteners. HIRO doesn’t recommend its products for under-18s, and says to speak to a healthcare professional first if you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, and before using Essential Woman or Signal in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
How do HIRO subscriptions work?
Each product can be bought once or on a subscription, which HIRO prices below a one-off order. Subscriptions are managed from Manage Subscription in your account, where you can skip a delivery, pause, change the frequency or swap products, and cancel at any time. Some codes apply to one-off orders only, so check a code’s terms before using it with a subscription.
How does HIRO delivery work?
UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked as standard, with an EVRI tracked next-day service for weekday orders placed before a cut-off. Can I return HIRO supplements?
HIRO’s delivery and returns page describes a money-back guarantee on all its products if you’re not satisfied, while its refund policy gives a shorter window, so check which applies when you order. Returns are arranged by email with your order details, and the contact page is the simplest place to start. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can also cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, though sealed health products can be excluded once opened.
