Choosing between letterbox and bouquet options
The main decision on the flowers pages is whether the arrangement needs to fit through a letterbox or can be delivered as a full bouquet. Letterbox collections, such as the spray carnation options, are smaller and flatter, which suits a card-sized gift for someone at home. Larger hand tied bouquets work better when the flowers themselves are the centrepiece, such as for a birthday or anniversary.
Comparing sizes within a design
Several designs come in more than one size, typically labelled standard, Luxe and Grande. The larger versions carry more stems, so they sit higher in the price range. If you are unsure, compare the stem count in each product description before you pick one.
Adding plants, hampers or dried flowers
For someone who prefers something longer lasting, the site offers potted plants, dried flower bouquets and wreaths. Hampers and gift sets pair flowers with treats such as biscuits, chocolates or tea, which can feel more substantial than flowers alone.
Planning around delivery and freshness
Bunches sends its flowers in bud, which it says gives a longer vase life, and offers a seven day freshness guarantee. Postal dispatch can vary, and the company does not guarantee an exact delivery date for flowers sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. If the gift is needed for a fixed date, order early and contact customer support before that day.
