Choosing between UK delivery speeds
Standard UK delivery is listed at £4 with free delivery on orders over £50, arriving in 2-3 working days via Evri. Express delivery costs £6, is free over £150, and arrives in 1-2 working days via DPD. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed once the warehouse reopens, so factor that in if you need something by a set date.
Understanding the returns process
The returns window is 30 days from when the order was placed. Refunds are issued instantly once requested, but returns are charged at £3 per order, so you are not getting free returns. Exchanges are free for UK customers. Items must come back unworn, with tags and original packaging, and underwear, fragrances, aerosols and battery-powered products cannot be returned.
Checking multipacks and gift cards
Anything bought as part of a multipack, bundle or multibuy must be returned in full. If you paid with a gift card, any refund goes back onto that card as store credit. Free gifts must be sent back alongside a refund request, so keep them with the order.
