Shopping with Thornbridge Brewery

Choosing a style

The shop is split by style, which makes it easier to narrow things down. IPAs are the obvious starting point if you want the brewery's signature hop character, with Jaipur and Green Mountain both sitting in that category. Pale ales and lagers form the other main groups, and the lager range includes Lukas, a crisp helles that has become the house lager. If you are unsure, a mixed case or the Discovery Case lets you try several styles before committing to a larger order.

Cases, singles and gifts

Buying a case usually makes more sense if you already know which beers you like, as you avoid paying for multiple single purchases. Mixed cases are useful for a range of styles, while a fridge filler case suits regular drinkers. The Advent Calendar and Union Collection are better suited to gifting or seasonal drinking. Check each product's format and quantity before ordering, as they vary between cans, bottles and multipacks.

Delivery costs for UK orders

UK orders are processed within three to five business days, and delivery is usually three to five business days after dispatch. Current charges are £6.95 plus a £1 fuel surcharge for orders under £40, free shipping plus a £1 fuel surcharge for orders between £40 and £60, and free shipping for orders over £60. Orders to the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland carry higher charges. Gift cards and experience bookings fall outside the free delivery threshold, so factor that in when comparing totals.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer and is not refunded, so it is worth using a trackable service for anything over £20. Damaged deliveries should be reported by email with a photo and your order details, and the brewery asks that you keep the packaging until any claim is settled.
