Shopping with Envirofone Trade In

Selling your old device You get an instant price by choosing the model, storage and condition, and that quoted figure is what Envirofone says it will pay if the condition matches. Postage is free either through a Royal Mail QR code at the Post Office or a collection from your door. Broken devices are accepted too, though the offer will reflect the condition.

Buying a refurbished device Refurbished phones, tablets and laptops come with a 12-month warranty against defects, while accessories and batteries are covered for 6 months. Warranty does not cover accidental damage such as cracked screens or liquid damage, so handle the device with care from day one.

Returns and what to check You have 30 days from delivery to return a purchase for a refund, provided it is in the condition you received it with all accessories. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, report it within 48 hours so the return can be free. Back up your data and sign out of accounts before posting anything back.

Before you send a device Wipe personal data, remove security locks and keep the original accessories where you can. Envirofone notes that locked phones can still be traded in, though the offer may differ. Compare the quoted price with the condition you select to avoid a revised offer after inspection.
