Refurbished phones and what to check
Most of the handset range is refurbished, and the site says devices are tested and certified by partners such as Phonecheck and Checkmend. Check the product page for the condition grade before ordering, as the store also sells items clearly listed as faulty. Those carry separate return terms, so treat them as a different purchase.
Delivery timing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders after 3:00 PM Thursday go out on Friday, and weekend orders leave on Monday. Bank holidays fall outside the same-day dispatch promise. Free shipping orders are estimated at 1-3 working days, and the policy notes that delivery can vary with address and any restrictions in place.
Returns and what they need
The returns window runs for 45 days from delivery. Email support before sending anything back, because items posted without contact may not be accepted. Faults and damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and you will need an unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel, plus all packaging and accessories. Changed-mind returns carry a deduction of 10% to 70% if the seal is broken, and return postage is paid by you.
Before you send a device back
Reset the phone to factory settings and remove any screen locks or linked accounts, or refunds may be delayed. Do not include chargers or cases, because the store says it cannot guarantee their return. Keep proof of postage, as the policy strongly recommends a tracked service.
