How meet and greet works on the day
Call the number on your booking as you get close; they'll tell you where to meet.
A driver meets you at the terminal's car park, checks the car over with you (photograph each side and the mileage) and takes the keys.
While you're away the car is driven to their own car park, which may be some miles away.
When you land, call once you have your bags; the car is brought back to the terminal.

Worth knowing
The airport is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone: a car that doesn't meet its standards pays TfL's daily charge to drive there. TfL's checker. Some park and ride car parks are outside it and say so.
