Checking delivery before you order
The shipping page says orders are aimed to be despatched within 24 hours, and UK and Irish parcels go out with Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL. A DHL Express option is also offered, with an estimated one to two working day service. A signature may be requested on delivery. Returns and what can't be sent back
The refund policy gives you 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Perishable, custom and personal care goods cannot be returned, and sale items and gift cards are excluded.
