What does Insynergy Labs sell?
Insynergy Labs sells around 45 food supplements, mostly familiar single ingredients plus a handful of blends, sorted by goal: sports nutrition, men's health, women's health, sleep and mood, digestion, joints, immunity and hair, and heart and ageing. In October 2026 Magnesium Glycinate cost £18.99, NAC Pro £19.99, Turmeric Curcuminoids £22.99 and Berberine Pro £23.99, while Magnesium Complex 4 in 1, ZMX Pro, Shilajit Pro and Adaptogen Pro were among the cheapest at £13.99. The priciest was Male One, a two-capsule daily blend of ten ingredients including KSM-66 ashwagandha, Korean ginseng, shilajit, maca and zinc, at £43.99.
The brand says its products are made in the UK in GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001-certified facilities and that every batch is third-party tested, and its FAQ says many are vegan. The company behind it, Koutos Ltd, was incorporated in England in 2017, the year the site gives for the brand's start.
What should you know before buying?
The ingredient lists are the most useful part of each page, because the product copy leans heavily on health language and doesn't always say how many capsules a bottle holds. That makes the cost per day hard to compare with high-street supplement brands. The site's own safety notes say anyone with a medical condition or taking medication should speak to a healthcare professional before starting a product.
There is little independent feedback to go on. Insynergy Labs had no Trustpilot profile in October 2026, and the homepage's "4.9 from 1,500+ reviews" doesn't say where those reviews come from. Individual product pages carry their own reviews, typically a few dozen each (29 on Magnesium Glycinate).
How do delivery and returns work?
Delivery is UK only, excluding the Channel Islands. A single bottle costs £3.99 to send and two or more bottles go free, applied automatically at checkout. Timing is less clear: product pages promise delivery in one to three days, but the shipping policy asks customers to allow 7 to 14 working days and to wait 10 working days before reporting a missing parcel.
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind, with the buyer paying the return postage, and refunds go back within 14 days of the parcel arriving. Opened supplements can't be returned for food safety reasons, with one exception: a 30-Day Guarantee that refunds one opened bottle, plus any sealed ones sent back, once per customer. On multi-buys the refund is per bottle at the price actually paid, so returning one bottle from a buy-three-get-one-free order returns a quarter of the total. Damaged, faulty or wrong items can be reported with a photo within 30 days, and the company covers the return.
How can you pay less at Insynergy Labs?
The saving comes from multi-buys rather than subscriptions, which product pages say the brand doesn't offer. Free delivery starts at two bottles, which takes £3.99 off straight away. In October 2026 the site was also adding a free bottle of Magnesium Glycinate (£18.99) to orders of three supplements. The codes and deals on this page sit alongside those, and the FAQ says first-time customers get a discount.
Because the guarantee only covers one opened bottle, a single bottle is the lower-risk way to try something new, even after the £3.99 postage. For a supplement someone already takes, three bottles bring free delivery and the free magnesium as well.
