About it

From Viator's listing

A full-day trip in Italian from Edinburgh towards the county of Northumberland, to visit the outstanding castles of Bamburgh and Alnwick. Get ready to stroll along the sumptuous rooms of these English Castles, still inhabited by the aristocracy of Northumberland and prepare to enjoy the magic atmosphere of “Hogwarts School”. • Cross the border into England and stroll along the streets of Berwick-upon-Tweed • Take the chance to visit the impressive Castle of Bamburgh and uncover the mysteries that are still hidden behind his walls (optional) • Live the magic of Harry Potter saga and take part in one of the broomstick training session offered in Alnwick Castle (optional) * From November to March, the visit to Alnwick Castle will not be available. A stop at Lindisfarne (Holy Island), will be offered instead. We will in any case stop in Alnwick village for lunch.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Edinburgh: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
