About it

From Viator's listing

Travel at your own pace, enjoy plenty of photo stops, and experience the Highlands without sharing your day with strangers. Your guide brings Culloden to life with years of first-hand experience at the battlefield, where he taught Highland history and demonstrated period weapons. As a local Highlander, he shares its stories, traditions, and clan history in a personal way. The day also includes Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, Clava Cairns, Highland cows at a local farm, Beauly, and a whisky distillery visit. Along the way, enjoy local insight, fascinating stories and plenty of opportunities to discover the landscapes and heritage that make the Highlands so unforgettable. This is a private tour for 1–4 guests. Solo travellers are welcome, with a 2-guest minimum charge. The more guests in your group, the lower the per-person price. Weather, opening hours, private events, or road conditions may occasionally require changes. If so, we'll provide an equally worthwhile alternative.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Inverness: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
