About the event
From See Tickets's listing
THIS IS A SPECIAL EVENT FOR AGES 8+ WITH AN ADULT Havelock Tower (Sunderland) Built in 1886. A former boys home, used to house orphans, felons and the children of the workhouse. People generally feel a strange vibe here. Some experience a heavy feeling or dizziness. Doors are often heard slamming closed on their own when no one else is in the building. People have felt numerous cold spots, witnessed things being moved, seen shadows in the passages and heard voices of children yelling and crying. About us Join Spirit Seekers and become a paranormal investigator for the night. Make use of our specialised equipment and be guided by our experienced paranormal investigators who will share their knowledge, techniques and experiences of investigating. Got your own equipment? Bring it along and don't forget your torch! Wrap up warm as old buildings can get cold but please refrain from wearing clothing that can cause distracting sounds. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided but feel free to bring along your own as well. We approach our investigations sceptically and logically, however, we are fully open to other beliefs and those who wish to, will be invited to join in prayers of protection before and after the event. In our pursuit of understanding the paranormal, authenticity is our guiding principle. We firmly believe in transparency and integrity, recognising the importance of delivering genuine experiences.…

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Sunderland: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
