How meet and greet works on the day

  1. Call the number on your booking as you get close; they'll tell you where to meet.
  2. A driver meets you at the terminal's car park, checks the car over with you (photograph each side and the mileage) and takes the keys.
  3. While you're away the car is driven to their own car park, which may be some miles away.
  4. When you land, call once you have your bags; the car is brought back to the terminal.

What Diamond Parking Heathrow says

In the listing's own words, from Compare Parking Prices. I haven't checked these claims; ask the car park about anything that matters to you.

The airport's own parking

London Heathrow Airport sells its own car parks on its website, which I don't list here.

Heathrow runs its own Meet & Greet at Terminals 2, 3 and 5, in the British Parking Association's approved meet and greet scheme.

Heathrow says it doesn't licence or endorse any meet and greet firm but its own. Its advice

Worth knowing

The airport is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone: a car that doesn't meet its standards pays TfL's daily charge to drive there. TfL's checker. Some park and ride car parks are outside it and say so.

Terminal 4's multi-storey car park closed on 23 June 2026, and with it Heathrow's own meet and greet there. Terminal 4 parking moved to Park & Ride Zone A.

Heathrow renamed its car parks in 2026: Short Stay is now Terminal Parking, Long Stay is Park & Ride and Business is Priority Park & Ride.
