Electrolux Small Appliances: what to know before you buy
What does the Electrolux small appliance shop sell?
It sells a short list of Electrolux-branded small appliances, 22 products in October 2026, split between the kitchen, heating and cooling, and floorcare. Kitchen prices ran from £79.99 for the 1.6-litre Soup Maker and the 1400W Digital Blender with Grinder to £229.99 for the 6.5-litre Stand Mixer and the 26L Air Fryer Microwave, which pairs a 900W microwave with air frying and convection cooking up to 230°C. A 25L combination microwave with grill and a 1000W food processor and blender were both £149.99.
Heating is the biggest group: six radiators from £119.99 to £149.99, mostly oil-filled models from 1.5kW to 2.5kW with timers, plus a 2kW oil-free Eco model with a remote. Floorcare covers corded stick and cylinder vacuums at £99.99, a cordless stick vacuum at £199.99 (up to 50 minutes' run time and 3.3kg, according to the listing), an auto-empty version at £249.99, the Spin & Scrub steam mop and a spot carpet and upholstery cleaner. Four AirGlide and FlowAir fans were listed but sold out.
What it doesn't sell matters just as much. There are no washing machines, fridges, ovens or dishwashers, and no spare parts or accessories to order online. The help centre handles spare parts for its own products by message, with the product code, and says it can't help with Electrolux large appliances, which Electrolux's own support site sends to its parts shop at shop.electrolux.co.uk.
Who runs it?
Eurosonic Group Limited, a homeware and electricals supplier based in Stretford, Manchester, runs the shop under a non-exclusive licence from AB Electrolux that lasts until 31 December 2029. The web address belongs to Electrolux, but Eurosonic handles sales, delivery, returns and warranty claims. Trade magazine ERT reported the five-year licence in May 2025, covering floorcare, small appliances, and heating and cooling for the UK and Ireland. In practice these are UK-specific models (codes ending ELGRY), so reviews of Electrolux vacuums sold in other countries don't describe them, and the shop had no Trustpilot profile in October 2026.
How do delivery and returns work?
Delivery is by FedEx on the next working day for orders placed by 12pm, Monday to Friday. It costs £4.99 under £50 and is free above that, which in practice covers every product, since the cheapest was £79.99. There's no named-day option and no delivery abroad, to BFPO addresses, Guernsey or Jersey. The delivery policy includes Northern Ireland, although product pages say mainland UK only. Damaged or missing parcels need reporting within seven working days.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original box, after contacting customer services first. The returns policy says the customer pays return postage, while product pages advertise free returns, so the two pages disagree. Refunds are processed within seven days of the item reaching the warehouse and take three to five working days to show. Customer services are open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Fridays, by phone or email.
What does the five-year warranty cover?
Every product has a one-year guarantee, which extends by four years to five in total if it's registered within 28 days of purchase; each item needs registering separately. The extension applies up to "the maximum available" for each product and covers the main body and housing. Wear and tear, accidental damage, consumable parts and removable batteries are excluded, the cover only applies in the UK and Ireland, and a repair or replacement doesn't restart the clock.
How can you pay less?
The code on this page has been a percentage off whole orders. Signing up to the shop's newsletter brings 10% off the next order, and the help centre notes that most codes only work on full-price products or specific ranges, so a code usually won't apply to something already reduced. In October 2026 a few items carried reductions: the Air Fryer Microwave was £229.99 against £249.99, the steam mop £99.99 against £129.99 and the spot cleaner £139.99 against £169.99. Payment is by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Does Electrolux Small Domestic Appliances deliver to Northern Ireland?
