2. Does Marks & Spencer have an app?

   Our answer

   Yes. The M&S app, from Marks and Spencer, is free on the App Store and Google Play. You can shop fashion, home, beauty, flowers, hampers, food and wine in it, track orders, and keep your digital Sparks loyalty card with its personalised offers and birthday treat. In Foodhalls it checks stock and prices, and in a store you can scan a barcode to order a different size or colour for delivery.

3. How much is Marks & Spencer delivery?

   Our answer

   UK standard delivery on fashion, home and beauty is £3.99, or free on orders over £75. Next day and nominated day delivery cost £5.99 and aren't available to Northern Ireland. Collecting from an M&S store is free. Flower orders get free next day and nominated day delivery, and hampers and wine free nominated day delivery. Furniture has its own charges: £15 for standard delivery, or £5.99 for a nominated day (£15 for a mattress).

4. What is Marks & Spencer's returns policy?

   Our answer

   Marks & Spencer gives 28 days to return most items, bought online or in store. For Sale items bought online, you have 14 days to tell M&S from your account, then a further 14 days to send them back. Returns by post through Evri or Royal Mail are free, though returns worth under £10 usually can't go by post. Online orders can also go back to M&S stores, except railway, hospital and service station stores. Fashion, home and beauty stores process returns within a day, against up to 10 days by post. Items must be unused, with hygiene and beauty seals intact.
