It can be made up of pictures, video and text.2) We'll send it out the next working day. They'll receive an envelope containing a letter explaining everything they need to do, and a pack of 10 puzzles. If they get stuck they can access clues and the answers, so they’ll always see your message.3) The answer to each puzzle is a number.
