Mars Exploration Rover

About it

Children can simulate real-life space missions with the playmobil mars exploration rover, a vehicle developed alongside the European Space Agency. This technical model features a movable drill unit and specialised sensors to help young scientists investigate the Martian surface. By interacting with the articulated wheels, explorers can navigate over rocky terrain to collect essential rock samples. This detailed playset introduces STEM concepts such as planetary geology and space engineering in a way that remains accessible for younger learners. The playmobil mars exploration rover comes equipped with an astronaut figure in a detailed suit and a variety of scientific accessories for field research. Functional solar panels fold out to provide energy for the journey, mirroring the design of actual ESA rovers. Kids use the handheld drill to break apart the included rock pieces, revealing hidden crystals for further analysis. This 76-piece set is manufactured from high-quality materials to withstand frequent use during intergalactic adventures. It remains fully compatible with other sets in the space mission range, allowing for an expanded lunar or planetary base.
