About the event

From See Tickets's listing

Legend has it that their song is immortal. For one night only, the voices of these three sirens will travel over long-lapping waves to the shores of The Folklore Rooms. POESIE is your very own Gaia with a synthesiser. Fusing emotional depth with dancefloor allure, her unique theatricality will have you spellbound. Beginning her tour of her latest EP 'Nature Mother' with a hometown show in Brighton, Poesie's hymns to nature, and human nature, will energise and galvanise. @strikeapoesie DELPHINE transforms any stage into a captivating dreamscape with operatic vocals, ethereal synths and otherworldly lyrics. Her storytelling will carry you from swimming with mermaids beneath the waves, to watching cars glide by at night; and from dancing alone in your room to floating in the cosmos. @delphinesmusicALICE BRIGHTMAN is a folk harpist and songwriter. She will mesmerise with songs from her recently released demo album, 'Girl Mountain'. Assent to the ascent and be rewarded with a richly wordy and rhythmic interior world. @brightmanalice Join your three seaside sirens for a Saturday of sonic treasures: songs which will immerse, buoy you up and wash your cares away.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Brighton: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
