About it
From Lovetovisit's listing
This little white building, more akin to a cottage, is covered in lovely flowers, and sits by the bank of a picturesque canal - and if you think the exterior is beautiful, just wait till you see what they make inside! This is Nantgarw China Works, a historic artisanal workshop that’s been making beautiful porcelain since the 19th century. What does it take to make a perfect plate? Nantgarw China Works rose to fame thanks to a painter and manufacturer who worked here named William Billingsley. Born in Derby, he spent his whole life developing a new method of composing porcelain, which he eventually brought to Nantgarw in 1813. Billingsley used a secret concoction of ingredients for this method, and his mysterious techniques led to the factory producing the finest porcelain in the entire world at one point in time. See awe-inspiring art The China Works have now been converted into a museum, so you can come and marvel at Billingsley’s porcelain in person. Even today, the quality of his designs is simply breathtaking. If you have time, staff operate regular tours that’ll give you a much deeper appreciation for the blood, sweat and tears that have been poured into the porcelain crafted here. You’ll also get the chance to check out work from artists who still create amazing ceramics at the China Works today.…

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: Lovetovisit and Viator. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Cardiff: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
