About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Rhythm and blues gets party serious with the return of Zoot Serious and the Bellyful of Bop. The awesome sound from this 11 piece band brings colour and movement to blues andjump jive, contemporary hits and modern swing and soul. This is music to move, thatquickly draws large audiences in and on their feet. A large playlist brings something from all the classic eras; ranging from The Blues Brothers to James Brown, to Colin James and Cab Calloway. The band will be appearing at festivals across the country through the season and are delighted to return to Alexander’s. Zoot have played with many of the greats including King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys, Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, Snake Davies and Jim Diamond, Kiki Dee, Chrissy Hynde and The Pretenders, The Yardbirds and The Real Thing. With two albums Serious and the self-titled Zoot Serious and the Bellyfull of Pop these guys are professionals not to be missed.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Chester: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
