About the event
From See Tickets's listing
For his 13th birthday in 2005, Chuck Strangers was gifted Akai's MPC2000, a bulky workstation immortalized by the likes of J Dilla, Kanye West, and DJ Shadow. Audio interfaces didn't cost $100 the way they do now, and so, like any other adolescent (1) obsessed with music and (2) lacking the riches of favorite musicians, he programmed countless beats onto the machine in his free time, with zero idea how to actually get them out. It would be four years until a friend of his finally introduced him to FL Studio, but those four years - of creation, and a lot of it, purely for creation's sake - remain indicative of a love for hip-hop that, though fairly tested, has never wavered. As time has created increasing room for overnight sensations and superstardom-via-paid-promotion, his relationship with his art has remained process-oriented, married to both lofty highs and inevitable lows.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Glasgow: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
