About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Axel Willner is one of the Kompakt label's most beloved and polarizing techno artists. This is due to his richly emotive sound, which has varied only slightly across the years. The Swedish instrumentalist and producer debuted the Field with Things Keep Falling Down (February 2005). The second 12", Sun and Ice (April 2006), incorporated samples of Lionel Richie and Kate Bush and led to the Field's first album, From Here We Go Sublime (March 2007). Two of Willner's dreamiest and most impressive tracks appeared on Kompakt's Pop Ambient series prior to Yesterday and Today (May 2009), a rhythmically varied set due to the involvement of several instrumentalists, including Battles drummer John Stanier. Looping State of Mind (October 2011) boasted Willner's brawniest compounds of shoegaze, ambient dub, and techno. Cupid's Head (October 2013) and The Follower (April 2016), as indicated by their sleeve colors, offered darker moods and were, like the debut, created strictly by Willner. His latest work of beauty is called Infinite Moment (September 2018) which is a fresh take on the same concept. Increasingly perfecting his skill, this is one of his best records to date. The producer has also taken part in the group Cologne Tape, and has recorded under a handful of solo aliases, including Loops of Your Heart, Hands, Lars Blek and Speedwax amongst others.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Glasgow: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
