About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Ozric Tentacles are regarded as one of the most influential bands to emerge from the UK's festival scene, formed during the solstice at Stonehenge Free Festival 1983, going on to become psychedelic staples at Glastonbury and other festivals. The creative vision of multi-instrumentalist Ed Wynne, the Ozrics' uniquely trippy soundscapes connect fans of progressive rock, psychedelia and dance music culture. In the 1980s, the band built a fan base on the festival circuit and made a series of cassette releases, sold at gigs and via a fan club. Their first label release was Pungent Effulgent in 1989, which was also re-released in the early 2000s, packaged with Strangeitude. This was followed by Erpland (1990), an album dedicated to Erp, a character who appears on many of the band's album artworks. 1991 saw the Strangeitude LP. The track "Sploosh!" was used by BMW in an advertising campaign and became the band's only single. By 1993, their Jurassic Shift album reached the top ten of the U.K. album charts. Over the years, the band has gone through many line-up changes, with only Ed Wynne (guitar and keyboards) maintaining a constant presence. The sonically illustrated excursion through the musical realms the band have explored has resulted in 17 albums to date, with their latest, Lotus Unfolding, released in their 40th anniversary year. The band maintain their identity and continues to tour worldwide and produce intriguing albums.…

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Hull: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
