About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Since 2023, the people of Leeds have flocked to the Irish Centre to see the unforgettable Mickah Wallace from the film The Commitments, otherwise known as Dave Finnegan. His band of professional musicians compliment Dave's performance to bring you a great show, packed full of the classics we all know and love from the giants of Soul music including Mustang Sally, In the Midnight Hour, Chain of Fools, Try a Little Tenderness, Take Me to the River and many more! Just like the movie, this live stage show sees a splendidly-cast group of incredibly-talented musicians share the stage with the energetic frontman - and star of the hit box office movie, Dave Finnegan. His superb, soulful voice delivers spectacularly in an acclaimed show that's literally full of soul. Across North America, into South America, on to Europe, far into Asia and Australasia, Dave Finnegan has earned accolades for his amazing vocals. He has traversed the world spreading the word of Otis Reading, Wilson Pickett and the sound of sweet soul music live in concert as well as performing alongside Edwin Starr James Brown, BB King, Dennis Edwards of The Temptations, Dan Ackroyd and many more! If you're a fan of the film, a lover of real soul music or simply an aficionado of great nights out: signed, souled, delivered this is the show you've been waiting for. . . 'How can a little white guy have a soul and a voice that's so black?!' Sam Moore of Sam & Dave's 'Soul Man' fame.…

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Leeds: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
