About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Superfan is the songwriting veil of Kali Priya Flanagan, Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist and producer. Initially imagined as a solo act, ambitious string arrangements crafted in collaboration with cellist Omeed Almassi have come to define Superfan's noisy and magnetic pop soundscape. Having just signed with London based label AD 93 (Joanne Robertson, YHWH Nailgun, Dagmar Zuniga), the three recent singles - "Miss W Jones," "Apeiron (Fantasy Football)," and "Picture Of Return" - mark the birth of "Acousticello." With newfound security and unencumbered vision, Kali trades literalism for fragmented, impressionistic lyricism, channeling love-torn ballads through obscured imagery and literary fluency that reflect a deeper confidence in both his words and his voice. Kali cites albums such as Ryuichi Sakamoto's 1996, The Sea and Cake's Parasol, Cat Power's The Greatest, Low's Trust, Sigur Rós's Hvarf/Heim as inspiration, alongside the vocal stylings of Elizabeth Fraser, Beth Gibbons, Rufus Wainwright, and Harriet Wheeler of The Sundays. His signature guitar tone, brooding voice, and knack for impactful live arrangement have led to co-writing/production, covers, and live performance cameos for the likes of Operelly, Jordan Patterson, and Quiet Light. How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Leeds: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
