About the event

From See Tickets's listing

Treat yourself to an unforgettable evening of classical music in the stunning candlelit setting of St Mary le Strand, in the heart of London. The acclaimed Piccadilly Sinfonietta, joined by renowned violinist Ruth Rogers, presents a captivating programme featuring two much-loved works by Mozart and Beethoven. The evening opens with Mozart's enchanting Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, one of the most recognisable and enduring works in the classical repertoire, before moving to Beethoven's magnificent Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 61. A masterpiece of extraordinary beauty, lyricism, and virtuosity, Beethoven's Violin Concerto is one of the great landmarks of the repertoire. Hearing these works performed live in such an atmospheric and historic setting promises to be an experience to remember. Comprising some of the finest classical musicians in the country, the ensemble is renowned for its virtuosity, elegance, and emotional depth. Under the artistic direction of Warren Mailley-Smith, the group brings the great concertos of the Baroque, Classical, and early Romantic eras to life.

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in London: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
