About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Table reservations from 6pm Live Music: 9pm "This is a world-class celebration of Nile Rodgers!" - Neil O'Brien, Neil O'Brien Entertainment The bassline lands, the guitar locks in and suddenly the room belongs to the groove. Le Freak is built around the songs that made Nile Rodgers and Chic such a force on dancefloors and radio alike, sharp, sleek and impossible to sit still through. At the front are Hazel Fernandes and Valerie Etienne, both with deep roots in live and studio work around the UK soul, funk and acid jazz scene. Fernandes' credits include touring and recording work with artists such as Tom Jones, Kylie Minogue, Jamiroquai and Massive Attack, while Etienne is known for her work with Galliano, 2 Banks of 4 and backing vocals for Jamiroquai and Kylie Minogue. That pedigree matters with music like this. Chic's catalogue lives on precision: clipped guitar, elastic rhythm and choruses that arrive already in motion. Expect favourites including "Le Freak", "Good Times", "Everybody Dance", "I Want Your Love" and "Dance, Dance, Dance", delivered with the lift and polish this material demands. The wider Rodgers songbook reaches far beyond Chic, of course, spanning classics written or produced for artists including Sister Sledge, Diana Ross, David Bowie and Madonna. Fernandes also brings her own distinctive thread to the night. Beyond her live credits, she is known internationally for "Number One", featured in Bleach, with additional soundtrack credits listed by IMDb.…

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in London: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
