About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Formed by visual artist and musician Ranny Macdonald, This Is The Deep inhabits the fertile territory between music, art and theatre. Uniting musicians from across the UK, Brazil and Japan, the collective create richly layered songs that pair Brill Building songcraft with bold experimentation, evoking vibrant soundscapes of the contemporary London art-folk underground. As a collective, This Is The Deep extends beyond the music at the centre of the project. Painted sets, animation, theatrical storytelling and surreal visual design are woven into every aspect of the project, creating a fully realised universe that feels equal parts art-rock spectacle, folk tale and strange seaside dream. Inspired by the imaginative worlds of Terry Gilliam, Studio Ghibli and The Mighty Boosh, future live performances will see Everything brought to life through inflatable whale costumes, belly-of-the-beast stage designs, dancers, rafts and immersive theatrical elements that blur the boundaries between concert and performance art. Combining alt-rock, orchestral folk, chamber-pop and psychedelic pop with a fearless sense of adventure, This Is The Deep have built a reputation for creating immersive worlds where beauty, absurdity and emotional depth coexist.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in London: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
