About the event
From See Tickets's listing
Vernon Kay is hitting the road with a record box time machine taking us back to the heady, hedonistic days of house phones, Sega Megadrives and Sony Discmans… and raves in fields everywhere. With the internet barely invented, the 90s brought us some of the greatest tunes of all time, from the Shamen to The Prodigy, Snap! To Underworld, JX to Ultra Nate and on and on and on – you’ll find them all and much more at Dance Sounds of the 90s: The Live Tour with Vernon Kay. Vernon hosts the iconic show on BBC Radio 2 and he’s buzzing to escape the shackles of the studio for some touring mischief, so dig out those classic rave outfits and prepare for lift off. Like Lisa Moorish sang, he’s Mr Friday Night, and there’s Nothing He Won’t Do to deliver the absolute best night out. He KNOWS Rhythm Is A Dancer so Open Your Mind and don’t dress like a Swamp Thing. The 90s were of course the very best era for dance sounds so stand by for the ultimate nostalgia night coming to a venue near YOU.

How I list these
Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Manchester: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.
Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.
A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.
I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
