About the event

From See Tickets's listing

"Superb musicians at the top of their game" - BBCWith their highly melodic and lyrical instrumentals and "less is more" approach, Espen Eriksen Trio is often credited for their unique voice within today's jazz scene by the international press. To quote Stuart Nicholson in Jazzwise: "One of the most unified, individual and recognizable group sounds in European jazz".After 19 years, eight critically acclaimed records and worldwide touring, the trio is tighter than ever and has reached an almost telepathic level of interplay. And a global audience certainly have embraced the trio's unique sound built upon a rich repertoire, all signed pianist Eriksen. Captivating and lyrical, often melancholic and uplifting at the same time, these are all real tunes. This concert is part of an extensive UK tour promoting the trio's latest album "Almost There", released in September 2026.Espen Eriksen: piano/compositionsLars Tormod Jenset: double bassAndreas Bye: drums

How I list these

Everything here comes from the feeds of the ticket and experience sellers I work with: See Tickets. That's a lot, but it isn't everything on in Manchester: venues that sell their own tickets, or sell through sellers whose feeds don't reach me, won't show here yet.

Events are in date order, and a show on several dates appears once, on its first, with how many more there are. Things to do any day start with the seller's own UK picks, then those rated 4.5 or more, guided before self-guided, shared before private, then by rating and price. Every ticket link is an ad: if you buy, the seller may pay me commission, at no cost to you. Commission never changes what's listed or the order.

A price is the seller's lowest for one ticket (or one person, when two book a tour together), as its feed gives it, and I've checked on each seller's own pages what it covers. See Tickets's includes its booking fee, and it adds an order fee to each booking (£1.25 to £4 on the events I checked), which I show beside the price. Where I haven't checked what a seller's price covers, or its feed is more than a day and a half old, I show no price at all.

I don't list resold tickets for football in England and Wales, or for any match in a UEFA or FIFA competition: selling or advertising them without the organiser's permission is a crime (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Times are UK times. Events change and sell out, so the seller's page is the final word.
